Acceptable assessment methods
Training
Trainees should have an understanding of workflow and logistics in different production processes. They must understand and be able to implement different methods and software tools for time management. Then they should train on cases before planning in a real environment. Trainees should gain experience in simple and complex processes and situations, understanding the need for realistic planning and to define milestones.
