Assessment

Self assessment

  1. I don't know how to define the project completion stages and create a timeline. I don't know how to synchronise necessary activities, taking into account the convergence of production elements nor establish a schedule.
  2. I am uncertain how to define the project completion stages and create a timeline. I am uncertain how to synchronise necessary activities, taking into account the convergence of production elements and establish a schedule.
  3. I know how to define the project completion stages and create a timeline and how to synchronise necessary activities, taking into account the convergence of production elements and establish a schedule.
  4. I am more than able to define the project completion stages and create a timeline. I am more than able to synchronise necessary activities, taking into account the convergence of production elements and establish a schedule.

Training

Trainees should have an understanding of workflow and logistics in different production processes. They must understand and be able to implement different methods and software tools for time management. Then they should train on cases before planning in a real environment. Trainees should gain experience in simple and complex processes and situations, understanding the need for realistic planning and to define milestones.
