Documentation Phase
In theĀ documentation phase, the mentor and the trainer propose methods for the assessment, considering the competences to be assessed. In the evaluation and self-evaluation step, information about existing competences is collected in the Lifelong-Learning Document tool. TeBeVAT provides the Lifelong-Learning Document tool to take stock of skills and knowledge acquired throughout the working life. Based on a final discussion, a specific set of competences will be identified for assessment (Figure 3).
