The self assessment tab contains 4 statements describing the different levels of mastering the competence form the point of view of the mentor.

  • The lowest level reflects no mastering at all,
  • the second level reflects that the candidate is "on his/her way" but still needs some improvement.
  • The third level reflects mastering of the competence as expected.
  • The highest level reflects a higher level than expected.

These statements can be used as a rubric for evaluation.

Example

1.) I don´t know how to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.

2.) I am uncertain how to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.

3.) I know how to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.

4.) I am more than able to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.
