The self assessment tab contains 4 statements describing the different levels of mastering the competence form the point of view of the mentor.

  • The lowest level reflects no mastering at all,
  • the second level reflects that the candidate is "on his/her way" but still needs some improvement.
  • The third level reflects mastering of the competence as expected.
  • The highest level reflects a higher level than expected.

These statements can be used as a rubric for evaluation.

Example

1.) doesn't know how to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.

2.) is uncertain how to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.

3.) knows how to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.

4.) is more than able to remove and store various types of electronic equipment safely after use.
