127 The focus of the training should be on being able to understand risk in regard to safe working practices and the measures that can and should be taken to reduce risk (the emphasis is not on memorizing regulations). Understanding procedures in reducing risk (for example rehearsals) is important as well as an understanding of the risk assessment cycle.
