The self assessment tab contains 4 statements describing the different levels of mastering the competence form the point of view of the mentor.
- The lowest level reflects no mastering at all,
- the second level reflects that the candidate is "on his/her way" but still needs some improvement.
- The third level reflects mastering of the competence as expected.
- The highest level reflects a higher level than expected.
These statements can be used as a rubric for self evaluation.
