TeBeVAT Identification

The process of identifying the candidate's demands. After application, a TeBeVAT-Mentor guides the candidate through the TeBeVAT-Process. Beginning with the intake interview (one of the TeBeVAT-Tools), the mentor assists the candidate to assemble a TeBeVAT-Portfolio. The portfolio then remains a Life-Long Learning-Document-Tool that the candidate can use and update as needed.

Der Prozess der Identifizierung der Frage des Kandidaten. Nach dem Antrag führt ein TeBeVAT-Mentor den Kandidaten durch den TeBeVAT-Prozess. Beginnend mit dem Intake-Interview (eines der TeBeVAT-Tools) unterstützt der Mentor den Kandidaten bei der Zusammenstellung eines TeBeVAT-Portfolios. Das Portfolio bleibt dann ein Life-Long Learning-Dokument-Tool, das der Kandidat nach Bedarf nutzen und aktualisieren kann.

Il processo di identificazione della domanda del candidato. Dopo l'applicazione, un TeBeVAT-Mentor guida il candidato attraverso il processo TeBeVAT. A partire dal Intake-Interview (uno dei TeBeVAT-Tools), il mentor assiste il candidato nella costituzione di un portafoglio TeBeVAT. Il portafoglio rimane quindi uno strumento di apprendimento permanente che il candidato può utilizzare e aggiornare a seconda delle necessità.

Het proces van het identificeren van de vraag van de kandidaat. Na een aanvraag leidt een TeBeVAT-mentor de kandidaat door het TeBeVAT-proces. Een mentor begint met een intake-interview, één van de TeBeVAT-tools, en helpt de kandidaat vervolgens een TeBeVAT-portfolio samen te stellen. Dit portfolio blijft dan een leven-lang-leren-hulpmiddel dat de kandidaat kan gebruiken en waar nodig bijwerken.
